Flat Earth Pizzas are one of those rare finds offering great tasting, sustainably sourced pizzas and other small plates, and have recently been named one of the Evening Standards Top 10 Eco-Eateries! Based in East London, they offer delicious, locally sourced, seasonal food, with wicked pizzas with creative, flavour packed toppings, plus other great dishes.
Their pizzas are made from heritage grain flour dough and seasonal ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Their sourcing strategy revolves around seasonal and local ingredients, to reduce carbon footprint and enhance flavours.
Vegetables are at the centre stage of their menu, and they are committed to a as close as possible to zero waste to landfill food waste policy, being actively committed to sustainability.
