is a certification that recognises the sustainability of meals by assessing both health and carbon impacts, and assigning a rating.

Farm-EAT is Farm-ED’s eating space and provides meals prepared with nutritious and seasonal produce that is either sustainably farmed on Farm-ED’s kitchen garden and or sourced from local suppliers.
Farm-EAT’s recipes are designed to be as low waste as possible and the menu changes constantly as it depends on what is available from the kitchen garden.
They have been awarded the Healthy People, Healthy Planet mark for their menu items below, which have been designed for the Emergent Generation 2022 weekend, event aimed at establishing a new ecosystem of young champions building sustainable farming and food systems that nourish people and regenerate the planet.
